Common use of Requisite Skill Clause in Contracts

Requisite Skill. The Contractor warrants that it has the requisite skill to complete the Work, and is appropriately accredited and licensed by all applicable agencies and governmental entities, including but not limited to being licensed to do business in the City of Tumwater by obtaining a City of Tumwater business license. Contractor represents that it has visited the site and is familiar with all of the plans and specifications in connection with the completion of the Work.
