REQUIREMENTS CHANGES; PRICE CHANGE. Any change in the work requirements, contract time, or contract price shall only be effective upon the execution by both parties of a Change Order or Written Amendment. No Change Order or Written Amendment shall be authorized by LES unless accompanied by a Purchase Order executed by the Manager, Procurement and Stores, or the Manager, Procurement and Stores’ designee.
