Required Usage. Employees with one (1) to five (5) years of service shall take at least fifty-three (53) hours off (in the case of 53-hour employees) or forty (40) hours off (in the case of 40-hour employees) for vacation within the twelve (12) months following the anniversary date of an employee’s service with the City on a full-time basis. Employees with over five (5) years of service shall take at least one hundred six (106) hours off (in the case of 53-hour employees) or eighty (80) hours off (in the case of 40-hour employees) for vacation. Exemptions from the requirements of the section may be granted by written permission of the City Manager or his/her designee.
Required Usage. For five (5) years following the Effective Date, at least sixty (60) percent of annual Gross VOI Sales shall be generated from VO Products that are branded with the Licensed Wyndham Marks.
Required Usage. Further to clause 2.1.4 of the Agreement, VAR is required to display the "Powered by Persistence PowerTier" Logo on all packaging for the Application(s) and as part of the start-up routine when the Application(s) are executed, such logo to be no less than 3cm diameter wherever used. Required Usage. All vacation scheduled for the calendar year shall be completed in the calendar year. Officers selecting the last week of the year shall complete their vacation within the first week of the new year and in any case will not go past the following dates: For calendar year 2021, January 1, 2022 For calendar year 2022, December 31, 2022 For calendar year 2023, January 6, 2024
