Common use of Required Third Party Items Clause in Contracts

Required Third Party Items. You are responsible for ensuring that the Third Party Items and Third Party Services (including, without limitation, the computer systems, Internet connectivity, and Airtime Services) with which You choose to operate Your BlackBerry Solution meets RIM's minimum requirements, including, without limitation, the processing speed, memory, client software and the availability of dedicated Internet access required for Your BlackBerry Solution as set out in the Documentation, and that You and Your Authorised Users' use of such Third Party Items and/or Third Party Services with Your BlackBerry Solution is not in violation of any licenses, terms, conditions, laws, rules and/or regulations respecting the use of such Third Party Items and Third Party Services.
