Common use of REQUIRED SERVICES AND FACILITIES Clause in Contracts

REQUIRED SERVICES AND FACILITIES. 6.1 The Owner shall, at its sole expense and to the Town’s satisfaction, supply, construct and install all services and facilities required for this development including but not limited to storm sewers, lot grading, driveway approaches, road boulevards, roadways, road bridge culvert sidewalks, storm water management facilities, hydro services, watermains and street lighting in accordance with the manner, location and design shown in the engineering drawings specific to this development, approved by the Town and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Development Manual current at the time of construction, including any specific detailed requirements contained within Schedule B and C of this Agreement.
