Common use of Required Service Clause in Contracts

Required Service. Bus Persons cannot be employed to work unless Food Servers are also employed. Bus Persons cannot perform the traditional duties of Food Servers. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentences of this Section, Bus Persons may be employed for a cafeteria or full self-service type operation Tropicana Resort & Casino 36 without the employment of a Food Server, and shall be paid the Cafeteria Bus Person rate set forth in Exhibit 1; provided that no guaranteed gratuities shall be payable by the Employer to Bus Persons employed for such an operation.
