Common use of Required Review Clause in Contracts

Required Review. Offerors are required to carefully review this solicitation for defects and questionable or objectionable matter. Comments concerning defects and objectionable material must be made in writing to the procurement analyst and received by the City at least 10 days before the proposal closing. This will allow issuance of any necessary addendum. It will also help prevent opening a defective solicitation and exposure of offeror's proposals upon which an award could not be made. A protest based on omission or error, or on the content of the solicitation, will be disallowed if these faults have not been brought to the attention of the City, in writing, at least 10 days before the time set for closing.
