Common use of Required Policies and Coverages Clause in Contracts

Required Policies and Coverages. Without limiting any liabilities or any other obligations of Seller hereunder, Seller shall secure and continuously carry with an insurance company or companies rated not lower than “A-” by the A.M. Best Company the insurance coverage specified on Exhibit 13 during the periods specified on Exhibit 13.
