Required Payments; Termination. The Borrower shall (a) repay the principal amount of all Advances made to it on the Facility Termination Date and (b) deposit into the LC Collateral Account on the Facility Termination Date an amount in immediately available funds equal to the aggregate stated amount of all Letters of Credit that will remain outstanding after the Facility Termination Date.
