Common use of Required Materials Clause in Contracts

Required Materials. 9.1. In order to resolve Support Tickets, there will occasionally be Required Materials that the Buyer must provide. 9.2. The Buyer must provide Required Materials as soon as is reasonably practical. 9.3. If work on a Support Ticket cannot take place without Required Materials, the Buyer agrees that the Supplier shall be entitled to suspend work on that Support Ticket.
