Common use of Required Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Required Maintenance. Allied reserves the right to perform maintenance on or upgrade its network, its infrastructure, the Service, and/or Equipment, without prior notice or liability, even if such actions cause a partial or full disruption of the Service; however, subject to Allied’s business needs, Al- lied will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform maintenance on and upgrades to its network, infrastructure, Service, and Equipment in a manner so as to avoid unduly interfering with Customer’s use of the Ser- vice. Allied may, in its sole discretion, add, change, or delete features or functionality of the Service and/or Equipment.
