Required Licenses, Permits, Etc. Borrower shall duly and lawfully obtain and maintain in full force and effect, and shall cause its Subsidiaries to obtain and maintain in full force and effect, all Required Licenses as appropriate for the business being conducted and properties owned by Borrower or such Subsidiaries at any given time except where the failure to obtain or maintain such Required Licenses could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
