Required Knowledge. The learning of an array of varied interventions with individuals and systems (e.g., couples, families, groups, and organizations), a respect for the positive aspects of all major approaches (which should reflect an openness to varied viewpoints and methods), awareness of when to make appropriate referrals and consult, awareness of context and diversity, and knowledge of interventions that promote health and wellness. Required skills: Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients from all populations served, establish and maintain appropriate interdisciplinary relationships with colleagues, gather information about the nature and severity of problems and formulate hypotheses about the factors that are contributing to the problem through qualitative and quantitative means, select appropriate intervention methods, and analyze the information, develop a conceptual framework, and communicate this to the client.

Required Knowledge. Basic knowledge of research methods and of the applications of scientific research, including applied statistics and measurement theory, the logic of different models of scientific research (from laboratory experimentation to quasi-experimental and field research), and qualitative research methods (including observation and interviewing), etc., particularly with respect to the nature of reliability and validity in the gathering and interpretation of qualitative data. Required skills: Critical reasoning skills, applications of various research approaches to social systems, and the ability to write professional reports.
Required Knowledge. A person in this position will need to hold current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). It is also highly desirable for the successful candidate to have experience in Aged Care.

Provider Personnel Training The Provider must provide documentation that all employees used to perform bio-hazard cleanings in State of Maine facilities have been trained in Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) to meet OSHA standards (29 CFR 1910.1030), what the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required is, how to properly don (put on) PPE, use PPE, doff (take off) PPE, how to properly dispose of or disinfect, inspect for damage, and maintain PPE, and the limitations of PPE. Training must minimally meet OSHA standards PPE (26 CFR 1910.132), Eye and Face Protection (29 CFR 1910.133), Hand Protection (29 CFR 1910.138) and Respiratory Protection (29 CFR 1910.134).

Responsibility Split Description Customer • Handle all end user contact and case status updates • Verify that user behavior is correct in relation to the end user documentation and trainingProvide a complete description of the symptoms of the unexpected system behavior compared to the expected behavior • Describe the issue in time and prevalence and any observed pattern • Verify that the Competella configuration is correct • Describe the urgency of the issue from the user perspective • Provide any required information and understanding of the customer infrastructure in O365 and Azure • Be responsible for configuration and administration of the Competella system Competella • Maintain Competella functionality during operating times • Inform about service outages • Inform about new added features and improvements • Provide technical support • Guide customer in finding possible workarounds Registering a Case with Competella Support Reports must include the following • The expected and actual behavior described respectively • Information on how many agents/users/calls are affected, and when the behavior started occurring • Any spotted pattern or reproduction instructions • A suggested urgency (P1-P4, see below for definitions) o Please note – for urgent (P1 or P2) cases, include “URGENT” in the title of the ticket and call the support number so that no time is lost • Information for the technical troubleshooting o A clear example – including numbers and timestamps – of the incorrect actual behavior o with logs from the agent client software (if client is involved) o Information on any relevant recent changes to the user data or Azure configuration Urgency Levels All reported support requests will be classified with an urgency level based on the impact the problem has on the system functionality.

  • Knowledge Whenever a representation or warranty or other statement in this Agreement (including, without limitation, Schedule I hereto) is made with respect to a Person's "knowledge," such statement refers to such Person's employees or agents who were or are responsible for or involved with the indicated matter and have actual knowledge of the matter in question.
