Required Effort Sample Clauses
The Required Effort clause defines the level of diligence or work that a party must commit to fulfilling its contractual obligations. Typically, it specifies whether a party must use "best efforts," "reasonable efforts," or another standard to achieve certain results or perform specific tasks. For example, a supplier may be required to use reasonable efforts to deliver goods on time, or a service provider may need to use best efforts to resolve technical issues. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the expected commitment, reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over whether sufficient effort was made to meet contractual requirements.
