Common use of Required Documents Clause in Contracts

Required Documents. Both before and after the Closing, the Parties shall provide such further assurances to one another, and shall execute and deliver such additional documents and instruments as may be necessary or reasonably appropriate, in order to effectuate the purposes of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
