The Indian Tribe agrees to use a written document (such as a subagreement, lease, third party contract, or other document including appropriate clauses stating the entity’s (subrecipient, lessee, third party contractor, or other participant) responsibilities under Federal laws, regulations, or directives, except to the extent that FTA determines otherwise in writing.
