The Recipient agrees to use a written document (such as a subagreement, lease, third party contract, or other similar document) including all appropriate clauses stating the entity’s (subrecipient, lessee, third party contractor, or other participant) responsibilities under applicable Federal laws and regulations, in accordance with applicable Federal directives, except to the extent that FTA determines otherwise in writing.
