Common use of Required By Law Clause in Contracts

Required By Law. Otherwise required by law; provided, however, that the disclosing Party shall (a) provide the other Party with reasonable advance notice of and an opportunity to comment on any such required disclosure, (b) if requested by such other Party, seek confidential treatment with respect to any such disclosure to the extent available, and (c) use good faith efforts to incorporate the comments of such other Party in any such disclosure or request for confidential treatment;
