Required Authorization. It is Partner’s sole responsibility to obtain any required authorization and/or approval from the competent authorities to comply with any applicable Export Regulations with respect to the Bundled Service.
Required Authorization. Prior authorization of the County Administrator must be secured by the department head and communicated by the department head to the employees. This requirement shall not apply in the event of emergency situations.
Required Authorization. An eContract in the Vault may be converted to paper by the current Owner of Record using the Export function in a manner consistent with these System Rules. When an Authoritative Copy of an eContract is Exported, the System creates an electronic file of the eContract and the Ownership Record, with a certificate of authenticity in a form generated by the System, which may be amended or supplemented from time to time

Distributor agrees that, unless prior written authorization is obtained from the Bureau of Export Administration, or the Export Administration Regulations explicitly permit the export, reexport, and/or transshipment of the Products or technical data disclosed or provided to Distributor, as applicable, without such written authorization, Distributor shall not export, reexport, or transship, directly or indirectly, the Products or technical data, to country groups S or Z (as defined in the Export Administration Regulations), which currently consist Cuba and North Korea, or to Iran, Iraq or Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro), or to any other country as to which the U.S. Government has placed an embargo against the shipment of products, which embargo is in effect during the term of this Agreement.
Required Authorization. Prior authorization of the Department Head and the Executive Director must be secured and communicated by the Executive Director to the employee. This requirement shall not apply in the event of emergency situations. The Authority will continue the practice of flexible scheduling which permits employees (with prior approval) to work additional straight-time hours on one day and take an equal number of straight time hours off in the same work week.
Required Authorization. The following approvals and authorizations, with satisfactory conditions, shall have been obtained by Buyer, and Buyer shall exercise Commercially Reasonable Efforts to obtain such approvals within the timeframes set forth below:

Required Authorization. Unit Members must have written approval from the campus President/Xxxxxxx or designee prior to performing any hiring committee service during periods outside their regular contract year. Hiring committee service performed without prior written authorization shall be deemed to have been performed as part of the regular contract workload and shall not be eligible for additional compensation. Required Authorization. There is no requirement on the part of the Purchaser to make any filing with, give any notice to, or obtain any Authorization of, any Governmental Body as a condition to the lawful completion of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, except where the failure to give such notice would not result in a Material Adverse Effect.
