Required Additions. (i) If, as of the close of business on the last Business Day of any Monthly Period, (x) the Transferor’s Participation Amount is less than the Required Transferor’s Interest or (y) the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables is less than the Required Principal Balance, each on such date, the Transferor shall on or prior to the close of business on the tenth Business Day following the last Business Day of such Monthly Period (the “Required Designation Date”), unless the Transferor’s Participation Amount exceeds the Required Transferor’s Interest as of the close of business on any day after the last Business Day of such Monthly Period and prior to the Required Designation Date, designate additional Eligible Accounts to be included as Accounts as of the Required Designation Date or any earlier date in a sufficient amount such that, after giving effect to such addition, (x) the Transferor’s Participation Amount as of the close of business on the Addition Date is at least equal to the Required Transferor’s Interest and (y) the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables equals or exceeds the Required Principal Balance, each on such date. The failure of any condition set forth in paragraph (c) or (d) below, as the case may be, shall not relieve the Transferor of its obligation pursuant to this paragraph; provided, however, that the failure of the Transferor to transfer Receivables to the Trustee as provided in this paragraph solely as a result of the unavailability of a sufficient amount of Eligible Receivables shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement; provided further that any such failure which has not been timely cured (as specified in the related Supplement) will nevertheless result in the occurrence of a Pay Out Event with respect to each Series for which, pursuant to the Supplement therefor, a failure by the Transferor to convey Receivables in Additional Accounts or Participation Interests to the Trustee by the day on which it is required to convey such Receivables or Participation Interests pursuant to Section 2.08(a) constitutes a “Pay Out Event” (as defined in such Supplement).

Required Additions. (i) If, (A) as determined on any Determination Date, the Asset Pool One Transferor Amount for the prior Monthly Period is less than the Asset Pool One Required Transferor Amount for such prior Monthly Period, the Issuing Entity shall (1) designate Receivables in additional Accounts for inclusion in Asset Pool One, (2) designate one or more additional Collateral Certificates for inclusion in Asset Pool One (each, an “Additional Asset Pool One Collateral Certificate”) or (3) increase the Invested Amount of one or more existing Asset Pool One Collateral Certificates pursuant to Section 2.3 in a sufficient amount such that, after giving effect to such addition or increase, the Asset Pool One Transferor Amount for the prior Monthly Period would have been at least equal to the Asset Pool One Required Transferor Amount for such prior Monthly Period, or (B) as determined on any Determination Date, the Asset Pool One Pool Balance for the prior Monthly Period is less than the Asset Pool One Minimum Pool Balance for such prior Monthly Period, the Issuing Entity shall (1) designate Receivables in Additional Asset Pool One Accounts for inclusion in Asset Pool One, (2) designate one or more Additional Asset Pool One Collateral Certificates for inclusion in Asset Pool One or (3) increase the Invested Amount of one or more existing Asset Pool One Collateral Certificates pursuant to Section 2.3 in a sufficient amount such that, after giving effect to such addition or increase, the Asset Pool One Pool Balance would have been equal to or greater than the Asset Pool One Minimum Pool Balance for such prior Monthly Period; provided, however, that in the event of a Servicer Rating Event, the Asset Pool One Transferor Amount and the Asset Pool One Pool Balance will be determined on a daily basis in accordance with a method to be determined by the Transferor, subject to satisfaction of the Note Rating Agency Condition. Required Additions. (i) In the event that the amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust at the end of any Due Period is less than the Minimum Principal Receivables Balance, Discover Bank on behalf of the Holder of the Seller Certificate shall designate, effective no later than the commencement of the following Due Period, additional credit accounts (“Additional Accounts”) to be included as Accounts, which may be credit accounts originated by Discover Bank or affiliates of Discover Bank, whether or not such accounts are Discover Card accounts, and shall transfer to the Trust (A) all receivables existing in such Additional Accounts on the date of designation, to be included as Receivables and (B) all receivables created in such Additional Accounts on and after the effective date of designation, and the corresponding portion of Interchange arising on and after the effective date of such designation, in each case subject to the conditions set forth in Section 2.10(b) or (c), as applicable, in a sufficient amount such that, after giving effect to such additions, the amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust is at least equal to the Minimum Principal Receivables Balance.
Required Additions. If, (i) during any period of 30 consecutive days, the Transferor Interest averaged over that period is less than 4% (or such higher percentage as may be specified in any Supplement, such percentage the "Minimum Transferor Interest") of the Average Principal Receivables, the Transferor shall designate Additional Accounts to be included as Accounts in a sufficient amount such that the average of the Transferor Interest as a percentage of the Average Principal Receivables for such 30-day period, computed by assuming that the amount of the Average Principal Receivables of such Additional Accounts shall be deemed to be outstanding in the Trust during each day of such 30-day period, is at least equal to the Minimum Transferor Interest, or (ii) on any Record Date the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables is less than the Minimum Aggregate Principal Receivables, the Transferor shall designate Additional Accounts to be included as Accounts in a sufficient amount such that the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables will be equal to or greater than the Minimum Aggregate Principal Receivables. Receivables from such Additional Accounts shall be transferred to the Trust on or before the tenth Business Day following such thirty-day period or Record Date, as the case may be.
Required Additions. If Purchaser is required, pursuant to Section 2.06 of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement, to designate additional Eligible Accounts as Additional Accounts, Purchaser shall so notify RPA Seller. RPA Seller shall designate such Eligible Accounts as Additional Accounts and shall convey to Purchaser Receivables in such Additional Accounts, subject to the same qualifications and restrictions as are set forth in Section 2.06 of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement, with respect to Purchaser; provided, however, that the failure of RPA Seller to transfer Receivables to Purchaser as provided in this paragraph solely as a result of the unavailability of a sufficient amount of Eligible Receivables shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement; provided further, that any such failure which has not been timely cured will nevertheless result in the occurrence of a Pay Out Event with respect to each Series for which, pursuant to the Indenture Supplement therefor, a failure by Purchaser to convey Receivables in Additional Accounts to the Note Trust by the day on which it is required to convey such Receivables constitutes a Pay Out Event.
Required Additions. (i) If, from time to time, Chase Card Funding becomes obligated to designate Additional Accounts or Additional Collateral Certificates pursuant to subsection 2.12(a)(i) of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement, then Chase Card Funding may, at its option, give Chase USA written notice thereof on or before the third (3rd) Business Day prior to the Addition Date therefor, and, upon receipt of such notice, Chase USA shall on or before the Addition Date, (1) designate Receivables in additional Accounts to be transferred to Chase Card Funding (each, an “Additional Account”), (2) designate one or more additional Collateral Certificates to be transferred to Chase Card Funding (each, an “Additional Collateral Certificate”) or (3) increase the Invested Amount of one or more Collateral Certificates previously conveyed to Chase Card Funding.
Required Additions. If Purchaser is required, pursuant to Section 2.8(b) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, to designate additional Eligible Accounts as Supplemental Accounts or to convey Participation Interests to the Trust, Purchaser shall so notify RPA Seller. RPA Seller shall designate such Eligible Accounts as Supplemental Accounts and shall convey to Purchaser Receivables in such Supplemental Accounts or (if it so elects) shall convey such Participation Interests to Purchaser, subject to the same qualifications and restrictions as are set forth in Section 2.8 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement with respect to Purchaser; provided, however, that the failure of RPA Seller to transfer Receivables or Participation Interests to Purchaser as provided in this paragraph solely as a result of the unavailability of a sufficient amount of Eligible Receivables shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement; provided further, that any such failure which has not been timely cured will nevertheless result in the occurrence of an Early Amortization Event with respect to each Series for which, pursuant to the Supplement therefor, a failure by Purchaser to convey Receivables in Additional Accounts or Participation Interests to the Trust by the day on which it is required to convey such Receivables or Participation Interests constitutes an “Early Amortization Event” (as defined in such Supplement).

Such Accounts shall be limited to Accounts originated by RPA Seller and created in connection with the Cabela’s card program unless the Purchaser shall have received written confirmation from each Rating Agency that such designation will not result in a downgrade or withdrawal of its then exiting rating of any outstanding Series of Investor Certificates.
Required Additions. If, (1) as of the end of any Due Period the Transferor Amount minus the Exclud- ed Receivables Balance is less than the Minimum Trans- feror Amount, the Transferor shall designate additional Eligible Accounts (the "Supplemental Accounts") to be included as Accounts in a sufficient amount such that the Transferor Amount minus the Excluded Receivables Balance, each after giving effect to such addition, at least equals the Minimum Transferor Amount or (2) as of the end of any Due Period the Aggregate Principal Receivables are less than the Minimum Aggregate Principal Receivables, then the Transferor shall designate Supplemental Accounts to be included as Accounts in a sufficient amount such that the Aggregate Principal Receivables will be equal to or greater than the Minimum Aggregate Principal Receiv- xxxxx. Receivables from such Supplemental Accounts shall be transferred to the Trust, on or before 10 days fol- lowing the Determination Date related to such Due Period (the "Addition Date"). Required Additions. If, either (i) the average of the Seller Interest over any 30 day period ending on the last day of the Due Period is less than the Aggregate Minimum Seller Interest (after giving effect to any reduction to the Seller Interest to be made on the related Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.3(d)) or (ii) on the last Business Day of any Due Period occurring on or prior to the Series Termination Date of any Certificate Series outstanding prior to the Effective Date, the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables is less than the Minimum Aggregate Principal Receivables on such date, the Seller shall on or prior to the close of business on the 10th Business Day following the last Business Day of such Due Period (the "Required Designation Date"), unless the Seller Interest exceeds the Aggregate Minimum Seller Interest or the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables exceeds the Minimum Aggregate Principal Receivables, as the case may be, in either case as of the close of business on any day after the
