Disbursements for Site Improvements All payments made by the OPWC for site improvements or other work shall be made directly to the Contractor that performed the work and originated the invoice, unless the request is for disbursement to the Recipient.

Requests for Flexible Working Arrangements 49.1 Employee may request change in working arrangements Clause 49 applies where an Employee has made a request for a change in working arrangements under s.65 of the Act. Tenants Selection of Contractors Tenant hereby agrees to the retention by Landlord of Erland Construction, Inc., on behalf of Tenant, for the construction of the Tenant Improvements ("Contractor"). Tenant further agrees that Contractor will be retained on a construction management basis at a fee equal to three and nine-tenths percent (3.9%) of the cost of Tenant Improvements.
