Common use of Requests for Quotation Clause in Contracts

Requests for Quotation. For any International Collocation Services that Customer wishes to purchase from Sprint, Customer should begin by submitting to Sprint a written request for quotation, providing specific information on the International Collocation Services required, the requested Collocation Sites, and specifying the types of Equipment and circuits to be installed at each Collocation Site; Sprint will evaluate the: a) availability of Collocation space at each Collocation Site; b) need for payment of any reservation fee; and c) lead times necessary to make that space and those circuits available for Customer, and will respond to Customer with a written quotation for International Collocation Services.
