Requests for Overload Sample Clauses
The "Requests for Overload" clause defines the process by which one party may formally request additional work or capacity beyond the originally agreed-upon limits. Typically, this clause outlines the steps for submitting such requests, any required documentation, and the criteria for approval or denial. For example, a contractor might use this clause to ask for more hours or resources if project demands increase unexpectedly. Its core function is to provide a structured mechanism for handling workload increases, ensuring both parties have clarity and agreement on how extra demands are managed.
