Requests for Compensation. (a) If requested by the Borrowers in connection with any demand for payment pursuant to this Section 4 (other than Section 4.1), a Lender or Letter of Credit Issuer shall provide to the Borrowers, with a copy to the Administrative Agent, a certificate setting forth in reasonable detail the basis for such demand, the amount required to be paid by the Borrowers to such Lender or Letter of Credit Issuer and the computations made by such Lender or Letter of Credit Issuer to determine such amount, such certificate to be conclusive and binding in the absence of manifest error. Any such amount payable by the Borrowers shall not be duplicative of any amounts (a) previously paid under this Section 4, or (b) included in the calculation of LIBOR.
