Requests for Changes. Requests for Changes shall be submitted for review in accordance with the Change Control Procedures, and shall include a reasonably detailed description of the requested Change together with the basis for such Change. All requests for Changes by Spansion shall be communicated to AMD through the Spansion Services Manager, his or her supervisor, or his or her authorized designee.
