Requests for blocking. The User must inform the Partner of any loss, theft or misuse of its Personal ID as soon as he/she is aware of it, in order to request the blocking of his/her Account. Such declaration must be made under the conditions set out in the Partner Website GCU. Once informed by the Partner, the Issuer will immediately proceed with the request to block the Personal ID and the Account. The event will be recorder and time-stamped. Any request for blocking must be confirmed in writing without delay by the User concerned. The Issuer and the Partner cannot be held liable for any consequence resulting from an unconfirmed request or a request not made by the User.
