Requested Purchases for DIR. Upon DIR's request, Service Provider shall procure products and services on DIR's or a DIR Customer's behalf by (1) purchasing the products and services on behalf of DIR, (2) leasing, or arranging for a third party to lease, such products to DIR, or (3) licensing, or arrange for a third party to license, such products to DIR.
