Common use of Requested Outage Clause in Contracts

Requested Outage. Any Outage (other than a Forced Outage) not identified in an Outage Schedule is considered a “Requested Outage” and must be submitted by the Seller, or Seller’s agent, to the CAISO through the SLIC system, or successor outage management system.
