Common use of Requested Implementation Date Clause in Contracts

Requested Implementation Date. If Customer requests a Requested Implementation Date (“RID”) for delivery of Managed Global Network, Verizon will determine the date of delivery following acceptance of the Service Order. For upgrades of an existing circuit to Dynamic Bandwidth, the date of delivery will be the first Business Day of a calendar month.

For upgrades of an existing Private IP circuit to Dynamic BandwidthNetwork Manager, the date of delivery RID will be the first Business Day of a calendar month. Any Customer-requested change to the RID is subject to approval of Verizon and payment by Customer of related Expedite Charges or any Third Party costs, if applicable.
