Common use of Requested Changes Clause in Contracts

Requested Changes. If Tenant desires to make any changes to the final Plans following approval thereof, Tenant must obtain Landlord’s prior written consent (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed). All such requests for changes and consent shall be subject to the procedures set forth in paragraph 5 hereof.
