Request for Repairs. All requests for repairs or maintenance that are the responsibility of Lessor pursuant to any provision of this Lease must be made in writing to Lessor at the address in Section 1.05 and delivered pursuant to Section 14.07. After receipt of written notice, Lessor is entitled to a reasonable time within which to perform such repairs or maintenance.
