Common use of Request for Records Clause in Contracts

Request for Records. The Province, the Auditor General of British Columbia and any independent auditor identified by the Province (in each case, the “Inspecting Party”), will be entitled to request copies of, and access to, the Recipient’s records referred to in section 14.1 from time to time during the Audit Period for audit, verification, or reporting purposes, and may provide all such records and information to its third-party advisors or the Province.
