Common use of Request for Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Request for Negotiations. A meeting for the purpose of beginning negotiations shall be called between February 1 and February 15 upon the written request of the Association or the Board filed prior to February 1 of the year in which this Contract expires. Requests from the Association should be made to the Superintendent. Requests from the Board should be made to the President of the Association.
