Request for Flexible Working Arrangements. a. An Employee who has worked with the Company for at least 12 months, and falls within one of the categories of Employee(s) who can request flexible working arrangements in accordance with the provisions of the FW Act, and applicable Company policies and procedures, may submit a request to the Company for a change in working arrangements, in accordance with these provisions, as amended from time to time.
