Request for Extensions. The Borrower may, at any time, prior to the date that is 30 days prior to the then current Maturity Date (the “Existing Maturity Date”), by notice to the Administrative Agent (who shall promptly notify the Lenders), request that each Lender extend (each such date on which an extension occurs, an “Extension Date”) the Existing Maturity Date to a date that is one (1) year after the Existing Maturity Date; provided that if any requested Extension Date is not a Business Day, such Extension Date shall be the immediately preceding Business Day.
