Common use of Request for Extension Clause in Contracts

Request for Extension. Not earlier than 180 days prior to, nor later than 30 days prior to, the original Maturity Date, Prologis may, upon written notice to Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) and satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2.18.2, extend the Maturity Date to July 10, 2025 (the “Extended Maturity Date”).

Request for Extension. Not earlier than 180 days prior to, nor later than 30 days prior to, the original Maturity Date, Prologis may, upon written notice to Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) and satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2.18.2, extend the Maturity Date to July 10August 25, 2025 (the “Extended Maturity Date”)2028.

Request for Extension. Not earlier than 180 days prior to, nor later than 30 days prior to, the original Maturity Date, Prologis may, upon written notice to Global Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) and satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2.18.26.10.2, extend the Maturity Date to July 10June 3, 2025 (the “Extended Maturity Date”)2016.

Request for Extension. Not earlier than 180 days prior to, nor later than 30 days prior to, (a) the original Maturity Date, Prologis may, upon written notice to Global Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) and satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2.18.26.10.2, extend the Maturity Date to July 10December 30, 2025 2026 (the “Extended Maturity Date”)) and (b) the Extended Maturity Date, Prologis may, upon written notice to Global Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) and satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 6.10.2, extend the Maturity Date to June 30, 2027.

Request for Extension. Not earlier than 180 ninety (90) days prior to, nor later than 30 sixty (60) days prior to, the original Maturity Date, Prologis ProLogis may, upon written notice to Global Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) and satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2.18.28.10.2, extend the Maturity Date for an additional year to July 10October 6, 2025 (the “Extended Maturity Date”)2010.

Request for Extension. Not earlier than 180 days prior to, nor or later than 30 days prior to, to the original initial Maturity Date, Prologis may, upon written notice to Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) and satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2.18.23.10.2, extend the Maturity Date for an additional year to July 10May 26, 2025 (the “Extended Maturity Date”)2017.

Request for Extension. Not earlier than 180 days prior to, nor or later than 30 days prior to, to the original then-current Maturity Date, Prologis may, upon written notice to Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) and satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2.18.23.10.2, extend the Maturity Date for an additional year; provided that the Maturity Date may not be extended more than three times pursuant to July 10, 2025 (the “Extended Maturity Date”)this Section 3.10.

Request for Extension. Not earlier than 180 days prior to, nor later than 30 days prior to, (a) the original Maturity Date, Prologis may, upon written notice to Global Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) and satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2.18.26.10.2, extend the Maturity Date to July 10December 30, 2025 2027 (the “Extended Maturity Date”)) and (b) the Extended Maturity Date, Prologis may, upon written notice to Global Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) and satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 6.10.2, extend the Maturity Date to June 30, 2028.

Request for Extension. Not earlier than 180 days prior to, nor later than 30 days prior to, the original Maturity Date, Prologis may, upon written notice to Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) and satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2.18.2, extend the Maturity Date to July 10February 16, 2025 2022 (the “Extended Maturity Date”).

Request for Extension. Not earlier than 180 days prior to, nor later than 30 days prior to, (a) the original Maturity Date, Prologis may, upon written notice to Global Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) and satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2.18.26.10.2, extend the Maturity Date to July 10October 15, 2025 2024 (the “Extended Maturity Date”)) and (b) the Extended Maturity Date, Prologis may, upon written notice to Global Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) and satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 6.10.2, extend the Maturity Date to April 15, 2025.
