Common use of Request for Exclusion Clause in Contracts

Request for Exclusion. Any Class Member who wishes to be excluded from the Settlement Class must submit a request for exclusion no later than 42 days after the mailing of the Notice. Any Class Member who fails to submit a timely request to be excluded shall be subject to and bound by this Settlement Agreement and every order or judgment entered pursuant to this Settlement Agreement.
