Request for Change. Any teacher with a correction or omission regarding the seniority and licensure list is required to supply a written request for correction or omission to the list to the Director of Human Resources.

Request for Change. (i) If Company desires to propose a Change Request, it shall deliver a written notice to Provider describing the proposed Change and establishing a reasonable period for Provider to respond. For each proposed Change, Provider shall, within the period of time specified by Company, prepare a written response indicating: (i) the effect of the proposal, if any, on the amounts payable by Company under the relevant Order and this Agreement, and the manner in which such effect was calculated; (ii) the effect of the proposal, if any, on Provider’s performance of the Services, including the effect on Service Levels; (iii) the anticipated time schedule for implementing the Change; and (iv) any other information reasonably necessary for, or requested by, Company to make an informed decision regarding the proposed change.
Request for Change. 19.1 The parties shall discuss any proposed change to this agreement (Change). Where either (or both) party(ies) wish to proceed with the Change it/they shall bring details of the proposed Change to the Advisory Board for review by the Advisory Board. If, on review of the proposed Change, the Advisory Board (acting in accordance with clause 4) recommends agreement to the proposed Change, the recommended Change shall be put to Boards of each party, in accordance with clause 4.4.
