Common use of Request for Advance or Letter of Credit Clause in Contracts

Request for Advance or Letter of Credit. The Lender shall have received in accordance with this Agreement, as the case may be, an Advance Request Form or Letter of Credit Request Form pursuant to the Lender’s requirements dated the date of such Advance or Letter of Credit and executed by an authorized officer of the Borrower;
