Common use of Request Additional Services Clause in Contracts

Request Additional Services. [PARTY B] may request additional services by sending a written notice to [PARTY A] reasonably detailing the services requested. Assess the Request. Immediately after receiving a request for additional services from [PARTY B], [PARTY A] shall evaluate the request to determine whether there are circumstances preventing it from providing the requested services and, if there are no circumstances preventing it from providing the requested services, shall provide [PARTY A] with the estimated fees and timelines for such requested services.
