Common use of Repurchase Required Clause in Contracts

Repurchase Required. Seller shall repurchase from Buyer Purchased Mortgage Loans conveyed to Buyer on or before each related scheduled Repurchase Date and may electively sooner repurchase Purchased Mortgage Loans. Subject to Buyer’s making such Purchased Mortgage Loans available to Seller, Seller is obligated to obtain the Purchased Mortgage Loans from Custodian at Seller’s expense on the related Repurchase Date.

Repurchase Required. Seller Sellers shall repurchase from Buyer Purchased Mortgage Loans conveyed to Buyer by or on behalf of either Seller on or before each related scheduled Repurchase Date and may electively sooner repurchase Purchased Mortgage Loans. Subject Each obligation to Buyer’s making such repurchase exists without regard to any prior or intervening liquidation or foreclosure with respect to any Purchased Mortgage Loans available to Seller, Seller is Loan. Sellers are obligated to obtain the Purchased Mortgage Loans from Custodian at Seller’s Sellers’ expense on the related Repurchase Date.
