Common use of Repurchase in Part Clause in Contracts

Repurchase in Part. Subject to the terms of this Section 3.09, Notes may be repurchased pursuant to an Asset Sale Excess Proceeds Offer in part, but only in Authorized Denominations. Provisions of this Section 3.09 applying to the repurchase of a Note in whole will equally apply to the repurchase of a permitted portion of a Note.
