Representatives Bound. Each Party shall inform any representative to whom it provides Confidential Information that such information is confidential and shall instruct them (a) to keep such Confidential Information confidential and (b) not to disclose it to any third party (other than those persons to whom such Confidential Information has already been disclosed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement). The disclosing Party shall be responsible for any breach of this Article 17 by the person to whom the Confidential Information is disclosed.
Representatives Bound. All the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, subsequent purchasers and successors in title, as well as their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
