Common use of Representative Capacity Clause in Contracts

Representative Capacity. The Administrative Agent is executing and delivery this Agreement in its capacity as the agent of the Lenders pursuant to the Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Lenders (who are deemed to have consented to this Agreement) hereby authorizes and instructs the Trustee to enter into this Agreement. In entering into this Agreement, the Trustee shall be afforded the same rights, protections, immunities and indemnities as are set forth in the Security Agreement.
