Common use of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of Servicer Clause in Contracts

Representations, Warranties and Covenants of Servicer. The Servicer makes the following representations, warranties and covenants to the Issuer on the date of this Agreement. The Servicer shall be deemed to have repeated the representations and warranties in clauses (a), (b), (g), (h), (i), (j) and (m) on each date on which a new series of Notes is issued under the Indenture.
