Common use of Representations True Clause in Contracts

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by the Borrower and the Guarantors in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrower and the Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Total Commitment is increased, both immediately before and after the Total Commitment is increased (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct in all material respects only as of such specified date); and

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by the Borrower Borrowers and the Guarantors Guarantors, respectively, in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrower Borrowers and the Guarantors Guarantors, respectively, in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Total Commitment is Commitments are increased, both immediately before and after the Total Commitment is Commitments are increased (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct in all material respects only as of such specified date); and

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by the Borrower and the Guarantors in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrower and the Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Total Commitment is increased, both immediately before and after the Total Commitment is increased increased, except to the extent of changes resulting from transactions permitted by the Loan Documents (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct in all material respects only as of such specified date); and

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by the Borrower and the Guarantors in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrower and or the Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Total Aggregate Commitment is increased, increased both immediately before and after the Total Aggregate Commitment is increased (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct in all material respects only as of such specified date, and that any representation or warranty that is qualified by any materiality standard shall be required to be true and correct in all respects); and

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by the Borrower and the Guarantors in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrower and the Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also alsoshall be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Total Commitment is increased, both immediately before and immediately after the Total Commitment is increased increased, except to the extent that such representations and warranties expressly relate solely to an earlier date (it being understood in which case such representations and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date warranties shall be required to be have been true and correct in all material respects only on and as of such specified earlier date); and

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by the Borrower and the Guarantors in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrower and the Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Total Revolving Credit Commitment and/or Total Term Loan Commitment is increased, both immediately before and after the Total Commitment is increased (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct in all material respects only as of such specified date); and

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by the Borrower and the Guarantors in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrower and the Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Total Commitment is increased, both immediately before and after the Total Commitment is increased increased, except to the extent of changes resulting from transactions permitted by the Loan Documents (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct in all material respects only as of such specified date); and

The representations and warranties made by the Borrower and the Guarantors in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrower and the Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Total Commitment is increasedincreased (except to the extent of any changes resulting from transactions permitted by this Agreement, and except to the extent such representations relate expressly to an earlier date, which representations shall be required to be true and correct only as of such specified date), both immediately before and after the Total Commitment is increased (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct in all material respects only as of such specified date)increased; and

The representations and warranties made by the Borrower and the Guarantors in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrower and or the Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Total Commitment is increased, both immediately before and after the Total Commitment is increased (increased; it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is was made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct in all material respects only as of such specified date); and

The representations and warranties made by the Borrower and the Guarantors in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrower and the Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Total Revolving Credit Commitment, Total Term Loan A and/or Total Term Loan B Commitment is increased, both immediately before and after the Total Commitment is increased (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct in all material respects only as of such specified date); and

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by the Borrower and the Guarantors Guarantors, respectively, in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrower and the Guarantors Guarantors, respectively, in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date that the Total Commitment is increased, both immediately before and after the Total Commitment is increased (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct in all material respects only as of such specified date); and
