If any warranty, representation, or other --------------------- statement made or furnished to Bank by or on behalf of Borrower or in any of the Loan Documents proves to be false or misleading in any respect when made or furnished if not cured within 30 days from the time Borrower has notice of the breach (but the foregoing cure period will not apply unless Borrower is reasonably capable of curing the breach within the 30-day cure period); or
