Representations False Clause Samples
The 'Representations False' clause defines the consequences if any statements or assurances made by a party in the contract are found to be untrue or misleading. Typically, this clause allows the other party to seek remedies such as termination of the agreement or damages if a representation is discovered to be false, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
