REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF US CO. Except as set forth in a letter dated the date of this Agreement and delivered by US Co to Chauvco concurrently herewith (the "US Co Disclosure Letter"), US Co hereby represents and warrants to Chauvco, in each case with respect to itself and with respect to its predecessor corporations, that:
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF US CO. All representations and warranties concerning U.S. Co made in this Agreement shall be true and correct on and as of the Closing Date as if again made by U.S. Co as of such date.
