(a) Each of DLJMC, in its capacity as a Seller, Xxxxx Fargo, in its capacity as Master Servicer, WMMSC, in its capacity as a Seller and a Servicer, GreenPoint, in its capacity as a Seller and a Servicer, Fairbanks, in its capacity as a Servicer and the Special Servicer, and WFHMWMBFA, in its capacity as a Seller and a Servicer, and WMB, in its capacity as a Seller, hereby makes the representations and warranties applicable to it set forth in Schedule IIA, IIB, IIC, IID, IIE IIE, IIF or IIFIIG, respectively, as applicable, hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, to the Depositor, the Trustee and the Trust Administrator, as of the Closing Date, or if so specified therein, as of the Cut-off Date or such other date as may be specified. In addition, GreenPoint, Fairbanks and WFHMWMBFA, in their respective capacities as Servicers, hereby makes the representations and warranties applicable to it set forth in Schedule IID, IIE and IIF hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, to the Master Servicer, as of the Closing Date, or if so specified therein, as of the Cut-off Date or such other date as may be specified.

Representations and Warranties of the Sellers, Master Servicer and Servicers. (a) Each of DLJMC, in its capacity as a Seller, Xxxxx FargoCMMC, in its capacity as Master Servicer, GreenPoint, in its capacity as a Seller and a Servicer, WMMSC, in its capacity as a Seller and a Servicer, GreenPoint, in its capacity as a Seller and a Servicer, FairbanksOlympus, in its capacity as a Servicer and the Special Servicer, and WFHMFirst Nationwide, in its capacity as a Servicer, hereby makes the representations and warranties applicable to it set forth in Schedule IIA, IIB, IIC, IID, IIE or IIF, respectively, as applicable, applicable hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, to the Depositor, the Trustee and the Trust Administrator, as of the Closing Date, or if so specified therein, as of the Cut-off Date or such other date as may be specified. In addition, GreenPoint, Fairbanks and WFHMGreenpoint, in their respective capacities its capacity as Servicersa Servicer, Olympus, in its capacity as a Servicer, and First Nationwide, in its capacity as a Servicer, hereby makes make the representations and warranties applicable to it set forth in Schedule IIDIIC, IIE and IIF IIF, respectively, as applicable hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, to the Master Servicer, as of the Closing Date, or if so specified therein, as of the Cut-off Date or such other date as may be specified.

Representations and Warranties of the Sellers, Master Servicer and Servicers. (a) Each of DLJMC, in its capacity as a Seller, Xxxxx FargoCMMC, in its capacity as Master Servicer, GreenPoint, in its capacity as a Seller, WMMSC, in its capacity as a Seller and a Servicer, GreenPointOlympus, in its capacity as a Servicer and Special Servicer, and Bank of America, in its capacity as a Seller and a Servicer, Fairbanks, in its capacity as a Servicer and the Special Servicer, and WFHM, in its capacity as a Servicer, hereby makes the representations and warranties applicable to it set forth in Schedule IIA, IIB, IIC, IID, IIE or IIF, respectively, as applicable, applicable hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, to the Depositor, the Trustee and the Trust Administrator, as of the Closing Date, or if so specified therein, as of the Cut-off Date or such other date as may be specified. In addition, GreenPoint, Fairbanks and WFHMOlympus, in their respective capacities its capacity as Servicersa Servicer, and Bank of America, in its capacity as a Servicer, hereby makes make the representations and warranties applicable to it set forth in Schedule IID, IIE and IIF IIF, respectively, as applicable hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, to the Master Servicer, as of the Closing Date, or if so specified therein, as of the Cut-off Date or such other date as may be specified.

Representations and Warranties of the Sellers, Master Servicer and Servicers. In addition, GreenPoint, Fairbanks and WFHMFairbanks, in their respective capacities its capacity as Servicersa Servicer, and WMBFA, in its capacity as a Servicer, hereby makes make the representations and warranties applicable to it set forth in Schedule IIDIIF and Section IIG, IIE and IIF respectively, as applicable, hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, to the Master Servicer, as of the Closing Date, or if so specified therein, as of the Cut-off Date or such other date as may be specified.
